Crypto.com in the U.S. Crypto Trading, Prediction Markets, Stocks, and ETFs

    Published September 29, 2026

Crypto.com's U.S. platform groups crypto trading, a separate exchange, prediction contracts, and stocks and ETFs. Each product has its own operator and terms.

Crypto.com's U.S. site groups several products in one place: buying, selling, and converting crypto; a separate U.S. Exchange for order-book trading; Prediction Trading; and stocks and ETFs inside the App. CryptoWorkPro uses the platform. This video overview explains highlights of the predictions trading market. There are many other products to consider.

    Explainer video:

    Buying, selling, and converting crypto

The Crypto.com App is the everyday product for U.S. users who want to buy, sell, or convert cryptocurrency. U.S. retail crypto services are provided through Foris DAX, Inc. The U.S. App and Web terms also identify Foris Services, Inc. for certain services.

When you place an App order, Crypto.com's quote can include a spread, a markup, or a markdown. Separate fees may also apply. The applicable admin fee is listed on the trade preview before you submit. Do not treat App quotes as a universal fee schedule, and do not assume the same costs apply on the Exchange.

Asset lists and state access can vary. Check current in-app availability for the specific product.

The U.S. Exchange is a separate product

The U.S. Crypto.com Exchange is an order-book venue, not the same product as the retail App. New users must onboard and verify identity. The U.S. Exchange terms exclude New York.

Instruments, limits, and fees on the Exchange are not the same as App quotes. Do not assume that every global Crypto.com Exchange market is available to U.S. users.

    Prediction Trading

Prediction Trading is an in-app entry point to event-contract derivatives offered by Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA). You need a separate CDNA account and approval. Crypto.com describes this product as available in the United States only. State access can vary, so check current in-app availability for Prediction Trading.

These contracts are a yes or no view on whether an event occurs. They are not ownership of the underlying asset. If the outcome does not match your position, you can lose the amount you paid to open it, plus fees. Thin markets can make it harder to exit before the event resolves.

CDNA's prediction product is subject to CFTC oversight as a designated contract market. That fact does not mean the entire Crypto.com platform is CFTC or SEC regulated.

Stocks and ETFs in the App

Stocks and ETFs are offered inside the Crypto.com App through Foris Capital US LLC. Apex Clearing handles clearing. The Stocks account and Stocks Cash balance are separate from crypto and USD accounts. You move funds from a USD Account into Stocks Cash before buying securities.

Foris Capital is an SEC-registered broker-dealer and a FINRA and SIPC member. That membership does not extend brokerage protection to crypto assets or to the rest of the Crypto.com platform. Crypto.com says stock and ETF commissions are $0. SEC and FINRA transaction fees, and possible ADR or other fees, can still apply.

Asset lists and state access can vary. Check current in-app availability for stocks and ETFs.

    How the products fit together

The U.S. homepage presents crypto, prediction markets, stocks, and ETFs side by side. Behind that screen, the products use different operators and different accounts:

    • App crypto buying, selling, and converting through Foris DAX, Inc., with Foris Services, Inc. for certain services.
    • The U.S. Exchange as a separate order-book product.
    • Prediction Trading through CDNA, with its own account and approval.
    • Stocks and ETFs through Foris Capital US LLC, with a separate Stocks Cash balance.

You can use one product without using the others. Access, costs, payment methods, and protections vary by product, account, and state.

    Who this overview is for

This overview is for U.S. crypto users who want a clear map of Crypto.com's product range before they open or expand an account. It is a products desk explainer, not a recommendation to trade.

    Things to consider

If you plan to use Crypto.com, a few practical checks help you set it up well:

    • Confirm current in-app eligibility for your state. Crypto.com's App availability list excludes New York, and the U.S. Exchange terms exclude New York.
    • Treat each product as its own account. Crypto, prediction contracts, and stocks do not share the same operator, fee schedule, or protections.
    • Read the quote or fee schedule before you confirm. App quotes can include a spread, and extra fees may apply.
    • Digital assets are not FDIC-insured and are not protected against market losses. SIPC protection, where it applies to securities, is limited and does not cover crypto or investment losses.
